Bobby Rubino (spelling - I´m Swedish) has some cognitive/neurologic issues after his crash. No one blames you for that, as you´ve said you did not know he was from a farm. I think if you take him to the vet, he will tell you just that. Then it becomes a matter of is he feeling well enough or suffer from that. Mother nature is hard. All the best Kenan 🙏

Until I started watching your channel, I had a huge fear of all lizards, monitors, iguanas, etc. I now have learned so much that I would love to come hang out with Slinky, Pinky, Inky ... everybody. The Home depot bark is not steriled you probably have fungus in it. If it is not steriled don't use it. Fluckers has the bark to use. Hoping your little new lizard will be ok. I use the home depot bark for my orchids and I always get a white fungus on the bark, of course the plant doesnt care but animals would. Glad you are not using it anymore. great video and glad everyone is doing good

Leaves release tannins that soften the water. Some aquarists will put certain types of leaves in aquariums to turn water brown and soften the water which is more natural and preferable for some species of fish

I believe black throats like high humidity. I used a mixture of play sand and coconut fiber 30/70 sand to coco fiber for my savannah monitor. This combo really holds humidity well and is good for burrowing. Also some monitors depend on humidity for hydration.

I think its seizures or something similar thats neurological in nature. I have nerve issues and have these spasms or twitches where my body will randomly flail about either my legs, arms, head, or whole body.

Just found your channel because the video of Slinky came up when he escaped and got too cold. I was so happy to see him in this one out and about doing lizard things. I hope to get a lizard someday **from some kind of responsible source or a rescue** when I'm not having to move all the time but probably not a giant dino like Slinky lol. Great vid. Would have loved to see the snakes eat too, we don’t see as much of them. 🐍 Have you heard a scientific papers come out that found water monitors in the wild were eating cucumbers. Would love to see a slinky mukbang like jay does with his monitors, seen as slink is the ultimate.

mulch bark in the uk is sometimes treated in a anti fungi liquid .....? maybe homedepo bark could be treated with a similar chemical? just a guest if it helps you and the stunning baby monitor

@@izzy9972 me too. My vet didn’t think it was the cause until after we treated her. With in a week the seizures had stopped, the day before her second dose she had that weird look in her eyes and was being needy - second dose nailed it and we haven’t looked back. I don’t over vaccinate or over worm my dogs but I am now religious about this little beasty.

What about pea pebbles in-between the rock? Once pebbles are laid, just walk on them to hold them in place and less mud dragged into the water bowl.

Love your vids bro. I only have 2 gray tree frogs in a 30 gallon reptile tank. I made a it custom inside with alot of high branches, drift wood, coco coir substrate. I feed crickets, meal worms and wax worms so far.

For human's pine has natural anti-inflammatory properties, helping with arthritis and muscle pain. It's a cleanser, purifier and soothes and calms. Some reptiles and animals are actually poisoned by it when it is infused in the air ingesting might be very different.

Love all of the animals, really hope to have a rhino iguana some day, when I have enough room to responsibly keep one. I'd give Bobby conditions similar to Inky, with even hotter basking temps. High humidity, lots of hydration, lots and lots of heat.

In the beginning of the video, when you were adding limestone around the water bowl, you were moving the wood around for hides and the last one had a little lizard run out. Maybe a skink?

All of your tortoises need pondless waterfalls built from aquascape!!!!! PONDLESS WATERFALL KENAN!! GREG SAID PONDLESS WATERFALLS! Sometimes I wish your pond (sophias) with the stream was filled more with white cloud minnows and shrimp rather than african cichlids .. I wonder 8f you could make a brackish pond enclosure for brackish fish mangroves and map turtles

Tannic acid tea as traditionally used as an anti parasitic. Its possible tannin rich water may act the same way for wild animals.

Is it in one eye or two eyes? If both then it’s most likely from the medication from deworming. Every second is critical when reptiles go down, at least he can still move his legs. Hope he comes back.

Kenan, hey I just watched a 2 yr old vid with Goliath swimming in your back pond, you mentioned getting slinky out on a regular axis when he got older, I’ve only seen him out a couple times, can you bring him out more?! Pretty please with cherries on top?!?!
