The Evo sedan has a different rear to the wagon because the sedan is an Evo 8 with a STOCK bumper. The wagon has a STOCK Evo 9 bumper which looks the same on the Evo 9 sedan. JDM/ADM Evo 7/8 rear bumpers are different to the rear bumpers on the USDM Evo 8/9s.
