Great tour of the place where it all started. It was nice as well to see and hear from other fans. I really want to make the trip but doubt I would ever get that close to the desk where the creativity and creation of Bond developed over the years. Fantastic.

Hi David, what a tremendous video this is. You present it in such a way that makes it so enjoyable to watch. Very calm, but still fun and informative. Also, love love love your outfit in this video. Cheers to 70 years of Bond novels. Dr. No is a solid choice as favourite, Jamaica just oozes being a 007-location.

After coming back from here the first time in 2021, I had the dream that you would create an experience just like this for the 60th anniversary of Dr No. It did not occur to me that there was 70th anniversary of James Bond himself, which makes this event so much more poignant. When the 60th came and went, I thought, oh that would have been great but it shall remain just a fleeting fantasy. After returning from this trip and now watching this video the whole experience was "like a dream come true". Yeah that sounds mushy 😝 but the whole experience was mushy in the best possible way. Ultimately the secret ingredient is passion and the people, not just the ones in the video but all who are watching it around the world and who are connected to this hobby, this passion of James Bond. So just to say it simply David, thank you 🙏

What a great video...did you ever visit the London Imperial War Museum for the Ian Fleming centenary exhibition back in 2008? I'm sure the desk that you and the rest of the fine people are sat beside was transported to the UK and a lot of other Fleming artifacts were on display. The exhibition was so good, it had his typewriter, desk, and loads of personal possessions, like his Rolex watches, pens, cigarette cases, and stuff from his schooldays like film footage of Ian doing cross-country running. Plus it had props from the films, like miniature planes and helicopters from the film, and Danial Craig's blood-soaked shirt from Casino Royale, amongst many other stuff. Cheers, that place looks unreal!

6:44 Ian Fleming' s character James Bond always wore a Rolex and used it as a knuckle-duster. The stories even mention when it was time for another watch. Moreover, British author Ian Fleming himself wore a Rolex Explorer 1016 (as did British zoologist Sir David Attenborough). All the Omega stuff remains product placement 🤔
