Dan, love these videos. I'm just starting out with power washing, soft washing, etc. Quick quick question about my biz card: I was thinking about putting "Exterior Cleaning Services" at the top in bold then put several of the services underneath that with the other info, biz name etc. Do you think it would be better to put something like "Power Washing" or "House Washing" at the top in bold? Do a Google search for interior cleaning and look to see how many results come up, do a Google search for house wash and see how many results come up do a Google search for power wash and see how many results come up. Sorry, do it in your neighborhood… So in other words if you live in Salem New Hampshire, type in house wash Salem New Hampshire. What you’re looking for is what is the most popular phrase. Once you figure that out, is that what your business is going to do, if so that should be your big bold phrase at the top of your business card.

What if you’re just starting out and don’t have a company name to register yet? How do you promote without a company name or should you promote the company name you intend to use anyway?

Just promote the business. LAWN CARE or HOUSE WASH and put the rest of the info in smaller font
