Thank you 🙏🏻 awesome I appreciate listing the foods we need to eat to get B5,, what other vitamins help break down and digest proteins and fats?

That's all good. My understanding is that all the B Vitamins play a role in helping the body to extract energy from the foods we consume 🙏
