Perfect message regarding the timings and areas of skin exposure, specially the back of our body which gives maximum benefit. Research from Europe even with very little UVB spectrum confirms of just single exposure of midday sun for 20 minutes giving more than ten thousand units of cholecalciferol for a light skinned person which will be sufficient for more than 2 weeks. People in our country should at least attempt to have a weekly once exposure which will solve most of our disorders. Great video Sir!!!! Thanks

Hi, as a non native English speaker NOR Hindi I find it frustrating to search for videos in engilsh, finding videos titled in English and then try to figure out if the speaker just have a very strong accent (because they heavily use words in English) or he is just speaking other language... So you can confirm this is Hindi? is it normal for Hindi to use a lot of words in Hindi?

Some say take sunlight before 9AM, some say 11AM to 1PM, actually between 11AM to 1 PM , looks good because every one can have access to it as it comes down straight without disturbance, while before 9AM it comes cross , many towers and obstacles comes in between sun and you...but then some says after 10am sunlight is harmful so no idea...

@@sirs4878 for clearing ur doubt I have a explanation that morning 6 9 am is the best time for exposure of sun cuz there won't be much heat compared to afternoon BTW 10 to 3pm cuz u may have sun burn which leads to skin cancer where uvb will be at highest .. That's y it's best to have sun exposure from 6 to 9am here too uvb will be medium but it won't burn ur skin the way it does in afternoon ..

Nope. 10 to 2 is the best time. I used to go out for morning walks and my doctor said it is not enough. In the morning it is not effective

Sunscreen blocks uvb rays. So not beneficial but try sitting for 10 15 mins only without sunscreen to prevent sunburn
