Hi Dr. Janine, I just started watching your videos and have learned so much. I currently switched my multiple vitamin after your teaching on fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide & silicon dioxide. And it was through your teachings on Leptin resistance that has been an eye opener! I never even heard about that. I’m starting to incorporate some of your health advice to try to lose some weight and get healthier. Thank you for your help!

Thank you 🙏🏻 I feel like my body has slowed down so much ! Living in high heat and humidity is awful for walking in , scorching sun , as I love being outdoors . Being older now , I don’t tolerate it the same , and working to survive , instead of being retired . Doesn’t get easier

I work overnights which makes some of this difficult. I allergic to shellfish and really don’t enjoy seafood. I can tolerate tuna only. I started taking a supplement and it repeats but minor compared to some. Would be helpful for tips for shift workers. I have to flip my schedule often which can make getting the sun at the proper time tricky to say the least. Appreciate your tips!! Thank you!!

Hi again Dr. Janine, I did want to ask you about the sugar substitute, Stevia. Is it a good alternative to sugar? I use the liquid for that doesn’t contain Erythritol. I have cut out a lot of added sugar and am trying to eat healthier and I walk at least 4 or 5 times a week and have started doing some strength training but am having trouble losing the weight. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Caloric restriction offsets leptin balance which slows your thyroid down and down regulates your metabolism so you're tired, sluggish, slowly depleting. Similar to a car running on empty you aren't going to get very far before you run out of gas and tank 😉 Thank you for addressing the dangers of caloric restriction, it's a silent epidemic that most women never speak about and therefore suffer the consequences in silence. More awareness is needed for women to enjoy food instead of fearing it. Could you discuss how short term and long term caloric restriction affects the body, and how to properly increase caloric intake keeping the body in balance ? Appreciated 😘

Is dunking our face in ice water sufficient, or do we have to cover our entire body (cold shower, bath)? I hate being cold, but I would compromise and do the face. 😅
