This series is very interesting and unique because u never get to see the process into making a pizzeria, when u have passion like u though Vito the sky is the limit! I hope building goes well and without any hiccups somtimes construction can be a nightmare!

I love the lighting idea it looks super cool, but as a service tech I would make one modification; Use a PVC pipe or similar to feed the lamp through, that way the wire itself isn't encased in the cement, just the pipe, then the whole electrical piece can be replaced if needed instead of having to replace the entire fixture. Love your channel!

Love this! Would love to see a video on how much a pizza place makes. Like pizzatruck on a market, pizzatruck on a wedding, Take out pizzaria place, full blown pizzaria with seats (wine etc).

I used to do work with a mobile pizza oven catering business. The owner would charge $25,000. Not even joking! One day! It was in Napa California where people have money but at least you get an idea. 25k for one day to make pizzas for a party/wedding/graduation.

Cement might be pretty dusty. Or at least attrackt tons of dust and not easy to clean. At least if it’s regular cement. 1-2 coats of clear top coat or somehting similar could help.

I have been following Vito from the time that he first started on KZbin and I enjoyed every moment of it. The one thing I do know is what attracts people to eat out at restaurants. I make the comment because I'm being honest and realistic. You can't put lipstick on a pig and pretend that it is beautiful. I have been following Vito o from the time that he started on KZbin because I was very interested in knowing how to make pizza at home and I learned a lot. I also learned a lot as the president of a multi-billion dollar corporation in silicon valley. I'm not just someone that's trying to make fun of Vito but someone that wants to realize what he's doing that maybe wrong. The problem in the world today is that people don't really want to express what they really think but I feel for him and that is why I comment on things that I don't think are right.

5:40 - Using a grinder with the cutting disk cover removed!? Please NEVER do this! I lost a very dear friend doing exactly this, the blade shattered and a fragment pierced his neck. He bled out before the paramedics arrived :( The blade shield is there for a reason.

Egg colour.... not strictly true; if the chicken has white ears lobes, they ALWAYS will lay white eggs, irrespective of feather colour (the Minorca is black, but lays white eggs). Dark earlobes = brown eggs. The Aruacana has blue ear lobes and lays ................ blue eggs.
