The company i work for allows 3, 10 minite breaks across an 8 hour shift which isnt to bad but at the same time that is my job saying that im only allowed to pee or poo 3 times across 8 hours and i am timed when i do it. Due to thus, so that i dont get into trouble, i actually keep my empty water bottles and use them instead of leaving my desk. (Yes, i throw them away at the end of the day)
