❤ thank you coach Kim for these exercises! I am doing them every other day and they are waaaay better than the heavy ones I had to do from my own physiotherapist. He completely overtrained me and I even got more problems because of this my GP said. But these I tolerate much better and are not causing any pain. ⚘️ from the Netherlands

They really do work. My knee pain was chronic, and it would take hours to get to sleep at night. It took 3 or 4 months of doing these exercises every other day, to notice serious changes. Knee pain was decidedly improved in both severity of pain and ability to get to sleep much faster. Coach Kim is fantastic!

I've been experiencing pain in my lower right knee when doing squats with elevated heels and lunges (where the right knee bends). it also makes a cracking sound when I bend it suddenly.. I've never injured it, but now i've also noticed the pain when doing extensions

I have sciatica only on the front of both legs are there any that help with the creepy crawly feeling or squeezing through small pipes feeling. It usually happens when I'm walking. I'm having a hard time doing stairs, I do have a 🛵 and are there any exercises for getting on and off easier?
