Vivek will be around for a while. He's. young and vibrant. But I think people don't want to rush in an vote in a relative newcomer, like they did with Obama. With only 2 years a junior Senator, Obama jumps to POTUS, based purely on his race, charisma, and 'hip factor'. Obama on the outside seemed nice, but when we take a long hard look at his policies, we see the true evil of the Obama administration. I wish more people would trust Vivek. I'm about the same age, I grew up in western Pennsylvania. I know Ohio, he did NOT grow up privileged other than having 2 parents. I know because that area has had economic issues since coal and steel was shipped to China among other things. He gets it. He may have gone to ivy league but come on. He remembers a world without MySpace. He knows what the American dream is. His nationality and religion is not important at the end of the day. And laura loomer blew his post out of proportion. He surely needs opportunity to train and grow wiser .. to be effective when dealing with disagreeable legislatures and bureaucratic swamp. No doubt a brilliant brainy-articulate man, but he must learn to be liked like Reagan .. be a lot less critical and definitely less vocal about political opponents. He does come across as over-confident, pompous and show off. Desantis may not have his level of IQ and convictions, but Vivek could learn from Desantis's calm-civility. It was foolish and immature to let someone as pathetic as Nikki Haley to get under his skin, and then verbally jab at her during debates. His negatives and poll ratings froze and then slid after his overly dramatic performances in cantankerous debates.
