A v useless Dr from Arcus orthopaedic hospital Pune couldn't tie a proper bandage..the sling crippled her ..the shoulder is frozen ..she suffers a lot..no breast issue no diabetes.. Ayurveda has some meds ..but her BONE pains like a jarring pain ..

The exercises shown lying down in the park has helped me a lot. Especially the one where the scapular muscles are activated.I m now able to tie my hair. Thanks a lot. Ice pack also helps a lot in reducing pain

So far the moat professional video I watched after exploring youtube for months. Actually my father have frozen shoulder from 4 months, a lot of pain in night, specially if he don't exercise in the day . I take him to park daily for performing some exercise like ladder climing, wheel roatation etc. We finally decided for psyiotherapy with IFT, Ultasonic, Cupping, Needling (only once), Laser Therapy, Heating. It's been 10 days, the psyiotherapist also perform some physical movements of shoulder and last but not the least 2-3 exercies for 5 mins. I am afraid but not much of improvement seen so far. Could you please suggest shall we opt for another physiotherapist or increase the frequency of exercises at home or any suggestion that should be desired. Also, How long psyiotherapy with these machines is advised to be done to get complete range of motion. Thanks a lot.

Hi jitin... There could be several issues. Is your father having too much pain so that he is not tolerating exercises? Is your physio doing shoulder mobilization or not? Is your father not doing exercises for more than 5 minutes because of pain? Is your physio relying equally on machines and exercises? 99% patients improve without surgery and so should your father.
