How do I keep the arm from springing up? I adjusted the allen screw but it's still wanting to push upward
@VIVOus2 жыл бұрын
The arm will need to be installed to the wall, and then the monitor needs to be mounted on the arm to work as a counter-weight against the spring. If tension needs to be reduced, make sure to turn the adjustment screw clockwise as if tightening. If it still does not work, please contact us for further assistance: vivo-us.com/pages/support

This was recommended to me by Vivo for my T55 27" samsung. I already have the adapter, but was a bit confused. I am guessing I do the mount before I add the monitor, however the tilted head is diagonal and I can't seem to move it, and the moving forward motion at :25 is too stiff to move down for me to use the allen wrench. Any tips?

The rotation joint does have to be pretty stiff to keep the monitor from spinning on its own. To turn it more easily, try installing the adapter without monitor to the arm. This will give you a better grip and more torque to straighten the mounting plate.

@@VIVOus Thank you, I will try that. Also the joint at :25 doesn't bend forward for me to use the Allen wrench. Will that only bend forward once the monitor is installed?

@@123abc4u The arm will pull down more easily after installing the monitor, but you may also be able to remove the top plastic cover for easier access by spreading the sides and pulling up with a slight rocking motion.

una pregunta cuanto peso soporta tengo un samsung odyssey g9 lo soporta?
@VIVOus3 жыл бұрын
This mount supports 19.8lbs, so it's not strong enough to hold the Samsung Odyssey G9. We would instead recommend using MOUNT-VW01M (basic articulating arm) or MOUNT-G200B (height adjustable gas spring arm), both of which are more than strong enough to support the G9. amzn.to/2ZK80Li amzn.to/35Eya5L

What dose this 0:25 do
@VIVOus2 жыл бұрын
The screw shown at 0:25 adjusts the gas spring strength. Turn the screw clockwise for lighter monitors or counter-clockwise for heavier monitors.
