Vladimir Putin on escaping assassination attempts

Filmmaker Oliver Stone says Americans do not have a full picture of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He aims to change that with a new project, "The Putin Interviews." The four-part documentary shot over the course of two years includes several conversations with the Russian president. In one discussion, Putin talks to Stone about multiple assassination attempts against him.

what if you are hanged underwater and you drown first? like what if someone anchors your feet to the bottom of the ocean floor, but also ties a noose around your neck tied to somewhere high enough that your experiencing what its like to be hung. and then you inhale all that water while you were supposed to be hung. and if your going to say you are usually hung from a tree, what if the tree was underwater aswell.

well im not exactly talking about an ocean, you can drown in a river without dying from pressure because its so deep. also if someone anchored your feet, im sure they would get something heavy enough that you wouldnt be able to pull yourself to the surface of the water. and when i said a tree, i meant all the aforementioned information plus your hung from the tree instead of wherever else you would have been hung from while anchored to the floor.
