He also made it clear that it means nothing whether they are Russian or not, because they do not represent in any way the Russian state, which is the truth. If a group of cyber terrorists known as "hackers" in the U.S. interfere with another country, wouldn't you be questioning the other country's news sources for pointing blame towards Trump or in general the U.S. federal government for committing cyber warfare?
