Best strength stability mobility stretching for runners! Keep it up 👍 I like that the video have a complete session for a specific purpose! I would recommend doing a a video on how to recommend a weekly program using these great sessions from the channel.

I come across your videos recently when decided to do 100km for charity, and its great. Completed the second consecutive 50km yesterday, and this session really get the muscles loose again. Will have to do it often, as you state, consistency. Bless

Try and do it 2-3 times a week it will really help with mobility and staying away from injuries!

Vlad love this video and return to use it all the time! As mentioned before though for such a shirt video KZbin really does smash this video with A LOT of adverts... say more than necessary and more so than any video I've ever watched on KZbin before. Think they're taking the pwhizz tbh! Love the video just KZbin interrupting with adverts every 5 mins!!! Thanks for all the videos 💙👊

These vids are amazing. My physio shut down weeks ago but I don't think I even need to go back. Since doing 1 to 2 of your workouts each day and doing my tempos and speed work at half marathon pace instead of my 1500m and 5000m paces, I have almost no sign of injury. My physio was great, but he's a hockey physio... not exactly running specific!

Did this as a lunch time stretch before a 7pm race. So maybe a pre race stretch routine be a good video 🙃

Hi Vlad. I never stretched my hamstrings before and then I started (not by your video but in general)... It lasted for 2 weeks and then I started to feel pain in my knees. Thanks to your videos I fixed my knees. I tried to figure out what has changed, and bumped into a podcast where sport doctor said no need to stretch hamstring because it makes the knee unstable. What do you think about that, do you agree? Because I feel like it's right because no knees pain since then but you do stretch so I am confused a bit.

from personal experience stretching the hamstrings for 30-60sec a day really helps me with tightness in my hamstrings and lower back. to keep your knees strong and happy you should focus on building strength and stability in the glutes and feet

this routine has a bit of calf stretching in it, it might be a short video if it was just calf stretching 😊 i if you do this routine just try and focus on pushing the heel out and it will always stretch the calves a bit more

quads dont really play a big role in running, most of the power comes for the glutes so a lot of stretching from the glutes. the only time quads should get a stretch is after running downhills, that where they do a lot of work
