You can tell from these Vlogs that there's not an evil bone in Romee or Laurens. They are both such good people. Unlike some of the other models (no names mentioned), Romee is truly classy, considerate, and never acts like she's better than everyone else or special. Considering the amount of publicity and compliments she must get on a daily basis, that is an extremely difficult task, and it shows just what a wonderful and grounded person she is. That is true class with Romee and Laurens. The modeling industry truly needs more people like that.

Working out by using your own body weight instead of additional weight will give you a more toned, defined body without getting those big muscles. Hope this helped!

It's all about the genetic and what do you eat (especially how much)

In the morning you could go for a "fasted run", 25-40 mins of moving as soon as you wake up! This helps burn what you ate the night or day before to give you a fresh start. You could run outside or do the elliptical at a pace that you could have a normal conversation at. Keep your heart rate low! After that, fuel up with some good food & then hit the gym. Combine cardio with resistance strength training until you notice the changes you want in your body (after being consistent for a while) and then do high intensity bodyweight workouts to maintain it. Usually instead of doing reps I go by time, ex. three sets of 40 seconds of side lunges. Eat tons of proteins & veggies too!! This is what works for me to maintain a 23 waist and 34 hip healthily! Hope this helps:)
