It’s the auto-immune protocol diet - it basically cuts out all foods that cause inflammation, like eggs, rice, potatoes (except sweet potatoes), nightshade vegetables, peppers, dairy, wheat and alcohol. It’s pretty extensive but the goal is to eliminate it for 4-6 weeks and then slowly reintroduce those foods to see what causes issues or not. I have multiple auto-immune conditions so I felt this was the best choice for me right now!
