Eric is such a patient and handy man, he did an AMAZING job on all the molding! Also as a homeowner myself I understand your stress in regards to horrible contractors that are basically unethical and take on jobs they know in the end will be more than they can/want to handle. As stressful as I know that situation was, you guys are doing such a great job pushing forward making your house a home! In the end it’ll all be worth it!

I found out that taking off the paint on the floor the easy way is to use a bristle and use it with your feet to make it fun and faster and just pick it up with a vacuum after if that helps, hope from here on out the progress of renovating your home is smooth here on out. 😊🙏🏻

You should corner your desk away from the corner wall, where you’re view will be your entry door. So you will be able to see out of both windows. 😊

My husband has his own home remodeling business and feels for you guys having had such an unfortunate experience in your new home. He also said that the paint most likely is latex paint and should come off with warm water a rag and a brush (and some elbow grease 😊). Or what’s even easier is putting molding down.
