Try putting the dark baskets on the floor. That way they will “blend” with the floor, since they are much darker. Put the lighter ones with the lids on the shelves.

Agree with that suggestion!!! Also I think they should get all of one type of basket. How it was there was a different basket style on each shelf which looks busy. I love the light colored wicker ones. Cute but then sorta goes with the older dark wicker. But hey, you do you!

Just FYI, IKEA has some really nice looking storage containers with lids (about the same size as the ones shown on the bottom of your closet in this video, some slightly larger). I love them for special things that I don’t use on a regular basis, because they keep the dust out. Great for dressy high heeled shoes and purses (that get used only now and then), or scarves, hats etc., or anything that gets put away for a short period as the seasons change.

Soak your lid in hot soapy water, over night & all of the cakef on gunk should come out..(you need to make sure the lid is submerged & i suggest using dawn "powerwash" soap.. that soap is honestly THE BEST & cleans EVERYTHING!)

I learned from a maid many many years ago, to rub butter on that gunk and leave it overnight, it all comes off soooo easily. What I use that trick the most for tho, is for tags like Tjmaxx, Marshall’s, etc.. especially on things you can’t submerge. It works wonders!!

Dawn dish spray! It will change your life. Just spray it on the lid, let it soak a few minutes, rinse it off. It will be totally clean, even in the nooks and crannies you can't see. Best product ever!

It's not the best coffee eeeever (I've tried a lot of bougie coffee), but I like it better than a lot of coffee at that price point that I've tried and think it's a great everyday coffee! I can't speak for the other flavors but am planning to go back and get more to try!

If you rinse the coffee cup lid straight after each use you shouldn't have that problem - don't leave it to go crusty before you rinse the coffee off. I think the baskets look better with matching baskets on each shelf! We need a proper Jessie Day video again soon! It was my fave! 😍

Easier pumpkin muffin recipe: spice cake mix, 1 can of pumpkin, 1 cup chocolate chips - mix all three ingredients and bake in muffin tin lined with cupcake liners( cupcake paper is a must)

Idea for that coffee club lid: try using a toothpick with some dish soap and hot water on it to scrape the gunk out and wash the lid. I don't drink much coffee, but I use water bottles all the time and I use cotton buds to get into the hard-to-reach places to clean them, and it works pretty well, but the space in your lid that was getting gunky looks a bit narrow for that, but a toothpick should be small enough and I think it'd still be capable of getting the job done.
