Shout out to you for putting us onto @SEED I have endometriosis and Ive never been able to control my bloating or have regular "private moments". But, since I've been using seed- I've been able to process food better and live a more normal life without looking pregnant due to being severely bloated. Moving for your safety is the best thing you could have done for yourself. I’m dealing with a safety concern because of my immediate famiky and I moved somewhere that is protected with huge steel security gates. No one knows where me and my husband are. My cousin who is the reason for our move threatened to throw acid on my face bevause I uncovered that she was a fraud and a con artist. Since I was a kid I have gotten bloated and yucky whenever I am under stress. The seed has really helped me. I had ulcers when I was 12, so all my stress is always been in my gut. I’ve never liked milk because it would always make me feel congested and yuck it wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized I was probably lactose intolerant. I’ve never been tested for food allergies or anything that might be something to look into.

It does have a lot to do with your autoimmune issues. Bloating and inflammation literally occurs with everything. I have Hashimotos, Hypothyroidism, Rheumatoid Arthritis , PCOS. Endometriosis and Psoriasis.... I'm always having issues. I do take seed as well and it does help but if I'm eating poorly, if I'm sick or stressed I stay bloated.

I have to say as a consumer of KZbin and as a new creator a do feel a responsibility to always comment something nice on videos I’ve enjoyed. Like you said there are so many opinions and so many people ready to leave negative comments I just want to help address the balance and maybe drown some of that negative out.
