Michel, just a suggestion - check out the area at night too. Things can look different at night vs day. Does it feel safe at night, outdoor lighting, especially where you park. Ask tenants their thoughts about the place. I just want you and Max to be safe and happy.

You should do massage as often as possible without feeling bad! I am a massage therapist and I have clients I see weekly and they feel incredible all the time. Most people don't know how their bodies are actually supposed to feel we just deal with the aches and pains because we are used to it. It really helps people with auto immune issues. Plus, The NOW and other membership based spas are pretty reasonable if you have a monthly membership.

I really like this one as well as the other one not in downtown. The kitchen cabinets are perfect. This one has tons of windows, and the built ins, perfect! I’m not into noisy areas, so a win. I love having a Massage because it is the only way to release pain for me. First comes the pain and two days later the relief. I have had so many problems with my discus, spine and back alltogether. Since 2018 I have had 4 operations in my neck and back. Going to the subject of a culture that is European. There is no such thing. I am a Finn, an apart from that have lived in Luxemburg, France, Belgium and now Austria. All different. Only things in common might be the monarcs being related to eachother or artists traveling to different places. Nevertheless many nice places in Europe.

Con on the stackable washer/dryer, if you're short you can't read the top screen or reach all the buttons... or sometimes see if you got everything out. Easily solved with a small folding step stool, but annoying. haha.

Stackable Laundry Pros: Takes up less room. Cons: I've found with that exact model that I have to keep the washer door open to prevent a bad smell. This is slightly annoying as I can't close the door to the laundry closet. I'm also too short to easily access the dryer.

You're right, whole foods of bread is so lame. TJ has the best basic toast gf. while not technically toast, HEB has Mama's Mary's crust that is absolutely delicious with literally any toppings you have in the fridge, great for leftovers and so fun n crunchy in the oven. I use it with herbs mixed with olive oil. Canyon has the best English Muffins but they're barely ever in stock, such a tease. Try going to Central Market esp S Lamar, it deserves a trip n offers a great unique experience, their display n selection is on another level.

Oats themselves are gluten free but some companies have cross contamination because of the other products that use the same equipment or what is added to the oatmilk. Oat milks will add "gluten free" to their label to indicate that there isn't contamination :) Oat-Ly, the brand Michel drinks, is certified gluten free!

I used several different plant milks and so far oat milk is my favourite by far. I guess it's up to taste but to me almond milk always tasted a bit dusty.

Typically, oat milk is much sweeter & much creamier. They all have their own unique flavor with/without the added sweetener/flavoring. Have you tried coconut milk? Are you allergic to all nuts, or just almonds? It could also be one of the additives that you might also be allergic to, just fyi. It drives me craaazy, but they add all these yucky preservatives/additives to our milk substitutions, which really sucks especially when we are trying to be "healthy." Just be mindful of that & read the back of the ingredients list. Hope this helps & good luck! 😊
