Our calender is not true the new year does actually start in the spring you are absolutely correct in that feeling. When everything is new and in bloom thats the new year. 💕

I feel you about the not wanting to eat when feeling anxious. Winter is always such a rough time for me. I NEED sunlight and I NEED warmth. And when I’m feeling down I just can’t eat. I’m a work in progress, but these videos help. So I know I’m not alone in feeling the “blah”

These videos upload around 1am on Sunday here and I love watching them with Sunday brekkie. ❤️ It’s the middle of summer here in January and it’s honestly still hard to be dedicated with all of the vacations, family functions, everyone having hot chips by the beach and it being way too hot to do a lot. summer is also the wet season/monsoon so half of the afternoons when it cools off it’s because it’s raining heavy lol. Winter is June-Aug and it drags and feels the way you described here too (although I live in a climate similar to Florida so it’s only a few weeks of real coldness) because it’s the middle of the work year it’s hard with no holidays to look forward too and nothing to break it up. Autumn is definitely the nicest weather (spring in qld goes straight to summer really hot straight away). This sounds like I’m complaining so much but I’m just trying to validate that it’s hard either way just for different reasons lol. Grass isn’t greener kind of thing. Life is hard. Keep on keeping on.

Great inspiration! Love Robby and Cyrus. They have helped me with my diabetes management . They have a method called Decision Tree to help control. The kids are so cute ! Liv will be running with Max soon! Can't wait to try the new recipe!!!! Dusty, I would love any advise to my 20 and 21 yr old sons. They don't want to listen to mom and dad. lol. I live in NZ so our new years is in the middle of summer. It has its own challenges. The warmth and light and sun is great, but I often find that I start my resolutions in February anyway because the summer is often filled with trips away and get togethers and broken routines. In Feb when the kids are back at school, it's much easier to make and stick to goals 😊
