Thank you Annie so much for today's video which was truly like a breath of fresh air, it is almost 113F out today (& will be so the next few days) between the extreme heat & COVID I'm locked in & my mood was sinking steadily until I saw your new vlog with your trip to the beautiful lake setting. Whenever I went overseas it was always to the Mediterranean region & I never realized how beautiful Germany is, so very picturesque. Even the city of Munich looks lovely with all its greenery (living in a desert I notice these things), the mix of architecture both old & new, it all looked so clean, bright & inviting ( including all the delicious looking food). Thanks so much for sharing & providing my inspiration for the day!

Hi Annie, if you like Tegernsee you need to go to the Achensee as well! It‘s the same direction. The water is clear light blue and there is such a magical atmosphere. I am sure you are going to love it ❤️🙏🏼 For me it is the most beautiful spot - I try to travel there several times a year, but I live near Stuttgart, so for me it is quite a longer trip to get there. Hi Annie, so glad to hear you read the Period Manual from Dr Lara Briden and that your skin is recovering well. On a separate note, I have been have lemon water for a while after seeing your videos . However recently I have added a slight twist to it and I’m loving it. Thought I’d share in case you wanted to have a go. Lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger and ginger powder in tepid water. The ginger powder is the star in the drink. To be enjoyed with a straw.
