i'm usually a silent viewer but had to comment to say how much i commend you on your boundaries when it comes to decker! a lot of family style vloggers don't have boundaries or respect their child's privacy when it comes to youtube and even (for lack of a better word) exploit their lives for views and $, but i truly respect how you have handled mom vlogging and keeping it centric to you instead of focusing on decker's private life for the internet to view. have been watching since your tv news vlogs and stay because of how comforting your vids are for me and many others! sending love

Well done! I only started back at 9months post partum. What worked for me is 10-15 min exercise everyday or every other day. I am much more fit than before and more sustainable

It's the truth, though. I don't have a baby of my own yet, and I completely respect and understand. These moments are special, and honestly, it might be better to just soak in the everything and be in the moment. My last latch/pump is also around 10pm and my next pump is at 5/6am because of work but also baby wakes up hungry! So I think this is super normal and the girls will adjust!

Your baby car seat has slots on it to clip on the seat of the grocery cart facing you. You don't have to take the stroller in places that has a buggy/basket/cart, just cip it on like you do in the car except front face.

Yes to the pumping. My baby is around deckers age and it hurt for a couple days but now I don’t get up to pump in the middle of the night. Make sure to take sunflower lechethin to prevent clogs!

Before my great granddaughter was born 4 years ago, I thought of making a youtube channel for her and I. Because I was going to be watching her 4 days a week, I thought it would be cute to have "grammie and me" videos.... But then, after doing a little research and realizing that it is not the place for kids, I decided against it. Happy New Year!

Pelvic therapy is so life changing. I wish I did it after my first! Did it after my second because organ prolapse. My kegal was so weak too. I’m discharged from PT now. Take exercise so slow! There is so much time to get back to before. The worst thing I did was jumping back into what I did before (even during pregnancy) because I pushed myself too hard and it impacted my milk supply.

Breastfeeding for most people gets so much easier after the first few months. I had an oversupply at first and kept getting mastitis but your supply regulates after the first few months

The freezer stash anxiety is real!!! I’ve been able to exclusively breastfeed both of my babies (my second even more) and after my 2 year old was a year old, I had a stash that I barely ever used. I still can get anxiety when we give him freezer milk from my 4 month old and then I remind myself it’s ok!!!

I had a pelvic terapy as well. But it did not help me very much. I end up having buchamid surgery. It is an outpatient surgery. From Ohio Valey hospital. Dr. Espinoza helped me. But he is in Springfield Oh. So you need to find someone in Cincinaty area. I waited way to long to agree to surgery. I think it was like 7 years. After i delivered Beatrisse. Just do not wait too long Clans if the terapy will not help you. If you need more information let me know.

My lactation consultant said to just pump until your breasts are soft in the night and not to empty and your body will slowly stop making as much at that time! Worked great for me, I just kept a hand pump by my bed and make sure to only pump until I was no longer engorged
