hey tess. after watching your video I scrolled through your information box. and I saw 101 reasons to go vegan and watched it. I have already added a lot if vegan food in to my life in the past year but since I watched 101.. I am going for 100% veganism right now. thanks for that! and I just saw a McDonald's ad on TV after that and my stomach was turning around seeing the meat pattie 😷

which waffle maker was that? mine sticks like crazy and basically splits the waffle in half if i don't coat it with oil. so i was ready to see a major fail when you said you didn't put oil and then you open up the waffle maker and i see a perfect waffle and I'm like WHAT IS THIS SORCERY? Soňa Tomčíková I think whether or not you get brain freeze depends on the shape of your mouth/throat. My partner never gets it and I always do and it kills!! One thing that helps me get over it is kind of tipping my head back when I've got whatever cold/frozen thing in my mouth and it helps so much :))
