If your baby wakes up super stuffy steam up the bathroom with the shower on hot and the humidity will help😉 We had a great pediatrician 25 years ago and he told us to put the tiniest amount of white pepper under his nose and that will help him sneeze out the goop, love the old ways❤️

Liver hack: Take the fresh liver, blend it up, and pour the mixture in silicone ‘swallow sized’ molds (from Amazon) then freeze them. Makes it so much easier to take! I weighed it out to take .5oz a day, so it’s about 4-5 ‘pills’ for me!

Grate up the frozen liver in your ground meat for tacos, meatballs, meatloaf…all of that. We buy a blend from a local farmer called “cavemen”, it’s beef, liver, and heart. You can’t tell it’s even in there!

My love and I eat liver just for the health benefits; don’t love the taste either. Our favourite way has been just slightly cooked or raw with a little honey and salt. Completely cuts the taste! You can also hide it. We hide it in burgers, tacos, bolognese!

I cut the size of a pill no bigger, lay on sheet then freeze. Then… quickly scrape them off and put in bag/container in freezer. I prefer small pill size, thaw and toss back not chew. I can’t and won’t chew bc I won’t do it as often.

Extremely nutrient dense! Important to have quality grass fed liver from a healthy cow. You can tell how beautiful the liver is when you get it. You freeze it for weeks to kill anything as well. It’s high in nutrients like vitamin A and many that are hard to get from foods. Amazing for us. I took it often before getting pregnant!
