Thanks for continuing to post content. I really needed this today. I'm a member of the Royal Canadian Navy and yesterday one of our helos crashed into the Ionian Sea. Got word today of the 5 missing crew and the name of one confirmed dead, who happens to be a lovely officer who I've served with alongside with her father. I've been crying on and off all day. So thanks for distracting me for a little while.

Hey fleur! Have you considered grinding your flax seeds? Flax seed does not break down well and you end up just passing the seed. You can blend it into a meal or purchase it already ground.

I recommend some baby spinach in the smoothie - you won't taste it at all, but good for getting greens in!

I eat A LOT of veg, (usually about 4-5 portions in lunch and dinner) so I’d rather save my greens for cooking something tasty later in the day! :) especially at the moment when we are a little limited with our once-a-week food shop :)

It's best to grind your flaxseed before eating it (I just use a blender and pulse until ground) as when they're whole they are indigestible so you won't get much of the nutrients :)

I live in China and we’ve been at it for 3 months and a half .......i know it’s hard but when you dedicate your time to activities you don’t usually have time for . It becomes a lot more bearable even enjoyable . Love your vlogs 😘😘😘😘

Rachael English some businesses are back to work . But schools ,Entertainment are not . We are still recommended to keep our contact with others to a minimum and we still have to wear masks . But things are a lot better now . Things are slow to get back to normal,as expected with something as devastating as this Covid 19 has been .

Love the vlog! We use Ariel powder detergent for clothes to wash our sink. Put the powder in, scrub it with a non scratchy scrubby sponge, add enough hot water to let the bottom soak for a few mins, then rinse with hot water. Work great for the bath / shower floor too.

Daughter used to complain that the bath was too hot so we kept making it colder and colder! After a few weeks she completely refused to get in at all.
