I can help you with that :) The cost of online personal training ranges a bit based off of how many online coaching sessions you schedule . The base cost is $360 which includes: an intial consultation, then a "physical activity readiness" online assesment, a customized four week program based on your needs, and an online coaching meeting to review your program before you begin!
