Love M&Ms. Next time mix the wet into the dry THEN fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips you might have a better result with colors. The pasta looked delicious. I like the idea of adding in the spinach & cheeses. I hope eventually you can get a custom made coffee advent calendar with all your favorite coffees!! TFS.😊❤

I'm just learning if I like my cordless vacuum! So far yes! I don't remember the brand but it's from Walmart! I thought at 1st i didn't like it becuz it ran out of battery but that thing charged in 20 min or less, not sure but definitely FAST 🤣🤣 I will check out the mixer! I definitely need a new one!!!!! Love buffalo check! I found purple and black buffalo check pj's! I'm all excited cuz purple is my favorite color 🎉🎉 see ya tomorrow ❤❤

I must say that you have put me in the baking mood. I too have limited space in my freezer, so I have decided to try unbaked cookie dough, to help with limited freezer space. So all I did was scoop my cookie dough and placed them on a parchment lined baking sheet, placed my sheet into the freezer, once frozen placed them in a freezer bag with the name of the cookie. So I just take out what I want to bake without baking a whole batch. Also works when I want to give a variety of cookies to someone. Also, you have been looking really great these days.

I wonder if adding some tomato paste into the sauce could make it more rich tasting. I've never had luck when I've good pasta directly into the sauce. Always over cooks for me and once pasta is overcooked, I just can't lol.

There was 2 tbsp of tomato paste. I think it needed more seasoning. It was just very tomato flavour and cheesey.

Oh, Eddie gave me a laugh today, roasting marshmallows over the candle, lol! Who thinks of all these ideas, Steve? And your loose curls looked so pretty on you! Haha, I must be the only woman who is excited about receiving a mixer for Christmas! I have it on good authority that Santa has a soft, yellow Kitchen Aid standing mixer in his sleigh for me, and I can't wait. Mine is 30 years old and has served me well, but I had a little mishap with it a few months ago...so I decided to ask for one for Christmas! I use it almost every day, so I thought it would be a good investment. Those cookie bars and the pasta made me so hungry! I've never tasted moscarpone...what does it compare to? Ricotta? Thanks for another fun one : )

Its been a while since I've tasted mascarpone, but from what I remember it's like a really thick and buttery whipping cream. Delicious, but expensive. It's probably not too difficult to make your own.??
