If you climb via the SID according to this outdated chart, you will cross WENTZ at 1500 feet, then have just 2 nm to climb 500 feet in order to cross TASCA at 2000 feet. I have flown this departure out of KTEB flying a Pilatus PC-12NG and fortunately had the power to make that 500 foot climb in 2 nm. However, it has been 5 years since I flew out of KTEB, and the current chart for the RUUDY SIX doesn't have TASCA on it with it's 2000 foot restriction there.
