We have a refinery in Mutare about 600km from the oil well site, it was built by the white government furing the colonial era

There is nothing wrong with delivering service to the citizens including on Parliarment business. Teachers teach as their duty. Builders go to work. Supermakets serve people. Mps serve people. So going to parliament is NO LONGER A PARTY- POLITICAL ACTIVITY but service to the people in a ( *tricky government*!!). So Chamisa will be going to his office to give srevice not on PARTY politics but on service delivery FOR ALL.
