Welcome to the world of Angelina Jordan Astar (full name). Be aware that she herself made this arrangement to one of the most famous songs ever. As she stated in the beginning, she won Norway's Got Talent singing jazz classics from Billy Holiday amongst others, when she was only seven years old (the final was aired when she was eight). This should indicate what a child prodigy she was. She has performed at several benefit and NGO concerts as well as smaller, local, events in Norway during their summer, not to forget a Nobel Peace Prize concert. Angelina is a genius who knows she is. Look at her, she sings totally relaxed in front of a large audience, capturing the audience from the first note to hypnotize it to the end. Despite halving the song for reasons of time it manages to make an epic performance. But it is not the first of her, the next step is to go and see the black and white version of: "I Put A Spell On You" also the one she rearranged at the age of 9. Almost 2 years ago this is where I found Angelina after going to watch AGT for another act. I have heard all of Angelina's covers and originals at that time within a 2 week period. The impression she made on me brought me back to music. I then followed hundreds of reactors and have listened to her thousands of times, how I came across you today. Just last week I unsubscribed to about 100 reactors and a few months ago I unsubscribed to about 200 reactors. Some because they just wanted the subscribers others because they basicly started to give up or other reasons. I basicly just wanted to enjoy Angelina with like minded people. What a wonderful first reaction to our Barefoot Angel Emma. Love listening to vocal coaches comments and analysis of the Child genius prodigy. As mentioned in other comments, Angelina has 140+ covers and original songs on YT. You can go all the way back to 6 year old Angelina singing "I Who have Nothing" or her 7-8 year old performances on Norway Got Talent where she brought down the house singing Jazz (Billy Holiday) which is her passion, though she can sing any genre out there. When I discovered Angelina a couple of years back, she quickly became my favourite singer of all time. She's such a natural with her singing. I hope you'll check out some more of her videos. Angelina started listening to the jazz classics when she was a toddler, and it sparked a burning interest in the genre. Emma, I'm so glad you enjoyed Angelina the way you did. This was truly a MASTERPIECE. Emma, most of her 'Angels' have seen and heard this version well over 1000 times and every reaction we see is genuine and most reactors are speechless. I saw how much editing you did to the video. Minor things but very noticeable to us. You kept inserting your live reaction and then backed it up with your comments reaction. I would have loved to watch you go all the way through without pausing for your comments. Don't get me wrong, I loved your video. But it's just that we love to see reactors in a state of shock and sometimes start tearing up. It makes us so happy because we are so glad someone has seen Angelina sing this masterpiece. She has so many wonderful performances to enjoy and she manages to surprise me so often even though I know she is that good. She has a number of originals starting from the age of 12 and the latest being Million Miles and 7th Heaven. If you want to go back in time, her performances on Norway got talent (age 7 and 8) are great! Over the years she covered many artists, genres and added her own style. She personally rearranged the original and made it her own. No one could surpass Freddie in his arrangement but Angelina decided to put her own stamp on a different version and just blew everyone's mind, including Simon. Just beginning in a'capella is something very few singers would attempt, especially in a worldwide setting like this, for without a musical note to lead you in, there's always a danger of starting in the wrong key.

Thanks for a great assessment of this wonderful performance. AJ was first recorded singing in her crib at 18 months old. The song was a Whitney Houston classic and while the words were not clear, the notes, timbre and timing were. She has gone on to record ~150 covers on KZbin along with 5(?) originals, not to mention the many TikTok recordings. One of the most viewed and startling covers she has done is the B&W version of Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "I Put a Spell on You" that she performed when she was 9, strongly recommended. As a vocal coach, it will give you a great deal to analyze.
