It really shouldn't matter about the video. If your subs are intrigued and you've posted a link they will go watch it sans pause interruptions. I have seen many different ways people go about it... "Rechenka" from the show is a must be seen type of video. The most impressive "Fix I have seen, is Putting the normal sized video up, faded but still able to clear enough see the vid... Then right on top of that video was like a PIP window, a smaller video window of the video in it's full glory! Also, "Fair Use" in bigger font layered on the bottom 1/3, and towards the corner; It was switched to either side during the video so as not to obstruct important views of the performance. I must say, your fade to almost black screen is the most faded I have seen (with the exception peeps who just had a completely dark screen). I agree, there are videos on her channel that she sings some of the same songs as the competition; the concet vids are poor sound quality but good enough in most cases. I do not agree with "people will go to her channel to watch unedited". If they do not see enough of the performance on reactors review, their interest will not be piqued enough... unless the Reactor is able to convince the new viewer that it is a must see in the unedited version and ,of course, that will depend on how enthusiastic the reviewer really is about Diana. I am guessing you two have already did the Rechenka review...so you already know that watching Diana Performing on the stage is as equally important as her unique voice. There is a video of Rechenka where she is in the same outfit, singing for some fans at, maybe, a radio station; She gives the same exact performance in a small space, with no light effects or stage effects. I like it more because it is very up-close and very personal. I will try to find that version for you, hopefully before you get the review you have done posted (unless you are satisfied with your production you may have completed already). She participated in the Russian TV project "You are super!" in 2018 with the songs "Derniere danse" (French), "It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World” (English), “The River” (Russian), “Tomorrow Is A Lie” (English) and won. Diana's working range of voice is two tones lower and four tones higher than that of the contralto (D3-D6), the tenor is mezzo-soprano. Diana's rich set of techniques, emotional presentation, velvety timbre and attractive appearance make her stand out among the vocalists on the stage. Diana continues her career as a pop singer, gives concerts in Russian cities, studies at the State Institute of Theater Arts. Greetings from Scotland! I was watching your face when Diana went into the deeper parts and again at the crescendo. I have seen that look SO many times when Diana sings, then the goosebumps hit you! Perfect reaction ladies! If you select performances from Diana's KZbin channel "Diana Ankudinova Official" you will not have copywrite problems. The Russian broadcaster NTV will always block aggressively. This performance was 15yo Diana singing in an amazing Russian project "You are Super" for abandoned/disadvantaged children because Diana spent some years in an orphanage when she was 3yo.Diana was born way over in the far eastern side of Russian in Arsenyev, 160 km northeast of Vladivostok. Her adoptive family moved to Togliatti, in western Russia near the Volga River then after Igor Krutoy (a famous composer/producer) gifted Diana an apartment in Moscow she moved there and still lives there! It makes it easier for her to study at GITIS International, the largest and oldest theatrical State Institution in Russia. She is now 17yo (18yo on 31st May) and she sings in 7 languages, Russian, English, French, Spanish, German, Ukrainian and Arabic and she's only 17!!! As you view more of her performances, covers and originals, you will see this is the tip of a giant iceberg!

@@Juliett_Novak Yes, they are a very close family and always give Diana great support. Her adoptive mother hand made most of her dresses when she performed as a young girl. She has no outside support or monetary aid but she organizes many concerts and uses crowdfunding to help record her albums. She also has some very good friends who support her and an enormous number of fans worldwide now! :) You should look up her life story, it's quite incredible!

So a little background on Diana. She was abused severely when she was a child and almost died from the abusive birth mother. This show called You Are Super was developed to feature orphaned kids from Russia. Diana won this contest two years in a row from age 14 to 15. Many great performances to see here so enjoy. At 18 now she has a few official videos out as well as live performances. And yes Russian TV is all about blocking.

There are many, many videos of her performances on-line, the earlier ones were even more impressive, as she was also performing at an early age in French and Spanish, on top of English and her native Russian. She seems to be a very nice, sweet young woman who has been very successful in overcoming a horrific childhood, with the help of her, now, adoptive mother.

And so, the singing teacher Elena Kazantseva discovered Diana's talent. And all started ... During 2008 to 2012 Diana sang around 40 songs, including at competitions. Diana's mother became her daughter's manager. Everything that has to do with Diana's singing training, performances, competitions, looking for sponsors is organized and coordinated by her mother Irina Ponik. She took extra sewing courses too. Since then, she's been sewing all of Diana's stage costumes, because all of these things consume the family budget. She accompanies her daughter on trips and captures her life in photos and videos with the persistence of a visionary. After winning a competition in Moscow, Diana's mother was offered to leave the girl in a boarding school for gifted children. She refused and in 2012 her family moved to her hometown of Toglyatti, much closer to Moscow. Diana lost her fear that the woman who gave birth to her would kidnap her. Diana's voice, her perfect pitch and her sense of rhythm were extraordinary even as a little girl and so she impressed with her talent in over 50 national and international competitions. Her confidence grew, her voice continued to develop ... until one day she was asked to compete in more distant competitions so that other children could have a chance to win. In 2017 she went to Moscow, at the Russian 'The Voice Kids'. So, she could start her vocal training with the best teachers such as Professor Olga Donskoy (She died of Covid-19 in October 2020). The break of voice made Diana’s voice even darker and deeper. She has mastered this time very professionally and has worked hard to bring back the lost high notes and has expanded her vocal range, currently from C3 to D6. While there is a superficial similarity between Cher and Diana, Cher is simply not in Diana's league. Diana's tone quality and vocal technique are way beyond Cher's. I definitely agree with you about Diana's artistic identity. 😊 It's funny that the first time I heard Diana sing I didn't even think of Cher. I think that's because Diana gave me goosebumps and chills all over (she has that effect on a LOT of people, I've learned). Nina Simone shook my soul. Janis Joplin shook my soul. Her mother went to have an abortion (possibly even 12 times she had done it before Diana), but this time the procedure "failed." The girl was born and was treated badly by her mother. The mother caused the girl damage to the skin, tried to drown her in the bathtub, and finally, at about 3.5 years old the mother left her daughter at the bus stop in the winter to find by someone! Diana's clavicle was broken! Diana had spoken nothing and she almost lost her voice. The girl was referred for treatment and she met Irina, a caregiver at the therapy facility, who took care of her. Diana was a crying girl and Anastasia, the daughter of Irina, who cared for her, brought Diana candies, and started asking her mother to take this child into their family. This is how Diana got a loving family for herself. The daughter, who had been abused by her own mother, was taught to sing as a treatment and through that, she also began to speak. So Diana is almost born to sing. It is said that God kissed him on the forehead, so his salvation was intended. Diana was already in the video for the song contest "You're super!" [ a well-experienced singer and performer. She has had good educators like Lyudmila Vovk. By the way, Lujdmila means "Loved by the People." The producer of the competition "You're super!" fell in love with Diana’s case so much that he gave the girl an apartment in Moscow so she could go to the best music school in the country to develop herself.
