Imo, it's a very vibey song that spits nothing but facts about the current internet culture problems we face. It's not too boring, and personally don't think it needs any switching up of the chorus. I feel like she's trying to portray a message by keeping it the same bc repetition does help get your point across, especially in literature.
@RoKer13 Жыл бұрын
Also I think keeping the chorus the same keeps the attention on her rap verses because they’re diverse, honest, and full of storytelling that reminds me of OG rap.
@BaSeChIc Жыл бұрын
there you said it, the INTERNET culture. That's who SHE is, thats what she grew up with. that's how she gained followers (even tho she made music before her cow song) & that's how she adresses those 'KeyboardWarriors'. not just them but Mainstream Media itself, to stop comparing art/ entertainment. they are their own individuals with unique styles. love it or hate it, just enjoy it or 'skip it'

You really hit it when you said she never cared. Doja will be Doja. She should not stay in a box, circle triangle or anything. I love the rawness of her. Doja should make the music she wants to make. Of course she wants it to do well, but not evolving usually kills someone's career and doesnt help them expand. Attention is such a fantastic song and her short hair is amazing.

This reminds me of her experimentation with the EP and her first album. But mature and refined. I love it! And the owl sound is a “tag” for the producer so you know who produced the track! He worked a lot on Doja’s last album. I’m excited for more of her rap flows!

Fun fact, the “owl” sound is actually the producer tag. It’s like when you hear “METRO!!” Before the first bit of songs produced by metro boomin. The same thing with pharell’s four count producer tag where he repeats the first 4 beats of songs he produces. :)

Not sure if you take requests but I thought I would ask. I just discovered your channel and I think covering a band like Tallah would be cool. this reaction was so refreshing to watch you really bring a cohesive thought out analysis of her singing/rapping and the song while respecting her and her growth. some other videos I've seen reacting to the song just point out the fact that they could see her naked in some shots and thought she was talking about masturbation in her chorus. I took the chorus as her fake fans want and need attention from her to make the music they want to her from her i.e stuff from her hot pink album. so again loved this video man!!
