Controlling vibrato is cool, but I used to be obsessed with that and ended up losing my natural free vibrato and I had to build it back. It’s better than ever now, but I feel like controlling it isn’t so necessary. But that’s just my opinion, idk if that happens to others when they try to control it. I guess just remember to keep it free and flowing!

Absolutely 💯 A balanced natural vibrato is always the goal. This exercise is more for singers who are newly developing or refining their vibrato. Or for those who want to play with stylistic nuances.
