I didn't get the screw driver, and it's even listed in the user's manual. So bummed. Also, I had no idea this had to be plugged in 24/7. I thought it would be a Bluetooth type thing. 🤔

I'm not sure if adding an extension will work or not but I would guess you would need an active USB 3 extension cable so I can't send you a link to one because it's just tons of different ones available depending on what length you need but you could try that I don't know if it'll work or not like I said but that would be the only thing that I would guess might work since it just plugs in via USB and an active extension would give you better results than a standard just USB cable that's not an active USB 3 cable.

Thank you very much. As for your question, it is intended for use with Tuya or Smart Life apps, you could run something like Bluestacks on your computer and then run one of those apps with Bluestacks. Some cameras used to connect via web browser some used flash I think and that's sort of dead now so not sure how those cameras are accessed now.

I have identical camera to me is great and it does what you just explained, though recent change providers from copper wire to fiber optics but I can not connect the camera cannot reseted pressing the reset orifice won't accomplished anything can push is like solid reset

That's odd, hopefully you can press and hold and get it working eventually or maybe return for warranty if possible. Guessing removing the app won't help anything if the camera itself won't reset to be detected again. Weird if the network stayed the same why it won't just reconnect automatically.

hello, good evening, listen to a question, I have a problem with one of my cameras, I'm not at home, but my sister is here, if you can help me, please, my camera is this Voger 360 1080p Security Camera and this does I connect it and it sounds, it starts to turn on and all is well, about 5 minutes pass and it disconnects after a few minutes, it turns on again and gives the image and it does so constantly, that is, it does not stop turning off and on and says on the phone that it is out of obvious line when it turns off from there reconnect this well and turn off again

I haven't ever had any of MANY cameras act that way but I do know in most cases using reset and starting from scratch resolves many issues. It could be faulty I suppose but I would push reset on the cam, clear out the app and try again. I'm in the hospital so that's about all I can think of currently.

There's no battery so it will require power.

I just bought this and am totally confused. Is this wireless, i.e. no hardwiring? If it must be wired to household electric, how do you get it to an outlet? and what wiring do you use? Please advise. If not wireless, i must return.

It uses USB to plug into an adapter or directly into a USB port. The camera is wireless but it requires an outlet for power.

The camera must have an outlet, how you do so safely and so as not to violate any fire codes and such you'll have to determine.

No, it uses IR (infrared light) for night vision and shows up in black and white. To use color, Night Vision would need to be inactive and a bright enough light would need to be on in the coverage area. @@zAre29 Night vision is automatic and in Tuya there's no option to turn it off. Maybe another app would allow it but I don't know if it's possible with another app.

I am certain it works with Alexa and is supposed to work with other assistants as mentioned in the video so it should work with Google Home as well but I don't own any so I can't say I've used it in this capacity.

Love the video the camera sucks the tech support sucks I bought one an I couldn't get it set up the app didn't work either so the vg360 camera sucks I highly recommend not buying that camera

Thanks, glad you at least like the video. I have had good luck with another Voger camera that's been in use for some time. I took this one down with intention to move it to another location but like many things time gets away from you and things are forgotten. Maybe I'll be able to make it happen soon, this camera seems to work well so it is sad to read you've had problems. As for the app, I use Tuya and I really like it for my smart devices though for cameras it can perhaps lack some options compared with apps made specifically for cameras. I also find Tuya a very easy app to work with, I have MANY devices all working through Tuya. Again, sorry to read of your troubles.
