What's even more impressive is that he can successfully eliminate the vowel blending "r" sound when two words that end and begin with a vowel respectively are back-to-back. Most European/British Actors/VA's can't pull that off, even when mimicking an American accent, because most of them don't realize they're doing it. Very cliche example, looking at my profile pic/screen name, but the best example I can give is looking at the international dubs of Godzilla movies, where the dubbers always call the Big G "Godziller"

I think Tim Curry and Mark Hamill are so similar. They have similar vocal ranges and they're perhaps best known for playing villains, i know Mark Hamill was once Luke Skywalker, but come on, he rarely plays good guys in animation now

Indeed. The difference is that Tim got at least a lot of well-known live action roles (It, Legend, Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Muppets' Treasure Island, Oliver Twist, The Three Musketeers etc..) while Mark.. well if it wasn't for his Luke's role, he would be known for his voice acting carreer only. Nonetheless they both are not clearly just celebrities guest but they can be considered professional voice actors through and true.

Funny enough Tim audiotined for the role of The Joker in the Batman animated series but they found him too scary so the role went to Mark Hamill

Well, fitting when Tim curry was planned to voice the Joker in B:TAS. Then the producers thought it was too scary and not exactly funny and he suffered bronchitis and Hamill got his most iconic role imo. More so than Luke Skywalker

His laugh is quite possibly the most terrifying of any actor. The movement of his facial expressions and body language are flawless. He's up there with the likes of Ian McKellen, Richard Harris, Lawrence Fishburne amongst other amazing actors. And that also goes for Luke Evans. That's another actor that doesn't get the recognition he deserves!

Tim Curry is so the greatest! My favorite is Jacko from "ChalkZone". I've read that Tim had gone through a major stroke years ago. As a result, he uses a wheelchair. And if that's not enough, he doesn't show his emotions anymore. I'm really worried. I hope he can still act with his voice in his condition. I want to cast him in works of my own someday.

Andrew-V/Ellnats he has said in an interview that he prefers villain roles because they are better written than other roles. I agree he is fabulous in villain roles.
