Thank you for making this! I have been trying to train my pronation from both upper hand and lower wrist, and this video was super helpful to help show how to do it effectively. You guys are beasts! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

You could put a little leverage on the outside of the wrist to get a better range of pressure. Look at Engin Terzi video of pronation. I think is a pretty good way to train, a little hastle to install the set up though...

Hey, just a thanks and shout out for how great your channel is, you guys have me wanting to move to Latvia! If I only have access to a cable pull at my gym could I brace my elbow into my stomach to practice a move like this. They have a flat bench you're allowed to use in the cable pull, better to kneel and use the bench for my elbow?

Off topic question. I know coach ray is active in powerlifting too, but what does Janis work on aside of arm wrestling regularly? (asking cuz he has a damn good physique too) and I know he's health expert too.

When lifting 40 kilos with a regular handle then you add the wrist wrench to the same 40 kilos how much weight does the wrist wrench tension adds???

It doesn`t "add" it transfers it to your fingers (finger flexors).
