You're right; each a capella group brings their own unique vibe to the game. Pentatonix is the group you bring home to meet the parents; VoicePlay will take you to a movie or a Broadway show; Home Free will be found out in the parking lot, throwing a tailgate party.

Best way I've heard the main Acapella groups described is Pentatonix is the student council, voice play is the theater kids,and home free is skipping class and throwing a kegger in the parking lot.lol

Voice Play are known as The Theater Kids. The original members worked at Disney when they were just starting out. That's where the love of Disney cover songs comes from. They always stay true to whatever song they do but add a twist of their own to it.

Ashley Diane ordered 2 sizes of her outfit, the smaller one fit well so she talked Geoff into being one of the characters that is a chameleon so he would take her part and she could glare at him. They have so much fun.

The way I see it....Voiceplay are more theatrical....Home Free are more Country....PTX are more modern pop music....And Voctave are more choral.....But they can all chop and change to different genres when they want to.....
