Voices from Marrakesh Treaty Assembly: Maria Soledad Cisternas, CRPD

Maria Soledad Cisternas, Chair of the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), speaks to the inaugural session of the Marrakesh Treaty Assembly, at which member countries of the “books for blind” Treaty met for the first time. The Treaty boosts access to books for hundreds of millions of people around the world who are blind, visually impaired or have a print disability.
