I am learning the Volca FM with the aid of Tony Horgans book. You have played some very musical ! Music. It sounded beautiful. I am amazed that such a small box can produce such sounds. I know you have effects but even on its own in the nude and tweaked right it can have some amazing effects that just go on and on….EVEN AFTER I HAVE RELEASED THE PLAY BUTTON, This thing is incredible and full of surprises.

Volca FM seem different than the bass/keys, when you play over an arpeggio, it seems the keep playing on its own layer. Is it right? Beautiful video !
@RemixSample6 жыл бұрын
Well the Volca Bass is mono (kinda) so I don't think this would work on it but I'm pretty sure I can do the same thing with the Volca Keys, it has 3 note polyphony like the FM. The arpeggio is made with very short notes so I think that's why it sounds different from the notes I'm playing over the top.

@RemixSample6 жыл бұрын
Exactly. It doesn't need to be running because I'm using FL Studio to sequence the melody instead of the using internal sequencer. I just pointed out that it would be possible to do all this using only the Volca. It would just a bit more time consuming to put together.
