I like the fact they show the car not starting right up. I know it's a TV show but it was always TV magic when Ed (who I also really enjoyed watching) did loads of work to a car and they turned the key for it to fire up first time every time. Just always jarred a bit with how manufactured it was so nice to see a change.

735. If you look at the back glass, you didn’t lip The rubber gasket out of the pocket. It has a lip around the edge… The edge of the gasket. And this lip lays flat against the paint. If it’s rolled around… Like this one. When it rains, water will not shed off of it. It will enter into it… The car that is. If you take a plastic stick, and run it around the rubber, and spray some soapy water in that channel. You can whack it with the flat of your hand. Not your fist or a hammer… But the flat of your hand. And the glass will fall into the pocket deeper. Same with the windshield. Of course you need to Be more careful with laminated glass. Because it’s very delicate. Also, the original chrome that was in all the glasses. Is missing. It makes one of these cars look so good. And people leave it out, because it takes talent to install it. But who am I? You have 100,000 views.

Elvis does a great job refurbing these classic projects. Free tip trick. Use an electric knife to cut the foam. Gives it a clean edge and you can sculpt with it. Cover the seat with a plastic garbage bag and the cover will slid right on the seat making it easier to position the vinyl ;) ;) Thumbs Up !

I’ve got an early VW t25. To get around the new e10 fuel changes I’ve had to put in new 100% ethanol rated fuel lines. 10% ethanol in the new fuel will eat through the old hose and cause a fire in the engine bay.
