Really good video. FIVB rotation position rules are very relaxed. Not only the foot on the floor at the moment of the service hit is relevant, but also the correct last contact of the relevant foot with the floor before the service hit qualifies for correct positional order. So you can move much earlier and be in motion as long as not both feet touch the floor in violation of the rotational position at the moment of the service hit.

Wow...get this 30 years ago I got called for a fault and a point was given...this was because of where i was standing waiting to receive the serve..there were 3 people across the front and 3 people across the back...no one understood why this happened. We really didn't move and the ref I think just moved on...this is the first video that I have seen where I am just starting to understand this positional fault. But I got to tell you -it could still be dumbed down more.

What if u put multiple colors in one whole shape is that considered overlapping??? Stacking at same shape is that over lapping ,??? Mixing same color at same layers is that overlapping

Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking.

at 7:32 ILLINI are out of rotation b/c the LF isn't LEFT of the person next to the net (although you are explaining how the setter is making sure she is in the proper position) Middle Front is overlapping with Left Front

When the setter is left back, the left front is positioned in the left front at the net. The middle front player receives the serve, overhead passes the ball to the setter and then attacks the ball that's set to the outside. @mchip10 Is this the play you're talking about?
