I actually use it quite a lot, so much that I've been told off for it by my coach. It's effective. I also set indoors, and have been sworn at multiple times by the opposing blockers for tipping.

Love the Videos! The most helpful videos I've seen from the channel are ones where you are actively coaching a learning player. Being able to learn alongside them and see the mistakes is great instruction. It's also good mentally to see other players having to break habits and somewhat struggle. It's not just me! For example, the video you did with Eric on spiking footwork and timing helped me so much! Would love to see more of those.

Some uses on two attack with their back hand while having the net on their back. Is it legal ?

In the past, I was focused on only making a good pass. Now, when I know it's a easy pass, I put up a option. Playing with a lefty also increases the on 2

A lot of players in recreational no regulated games (meaning no tournament or leagues) don't like to play with others that use a lot of second ball attacks,(first ball attack even worts)because is considered as cheap shots. It's kind of a rule not said, like a sportsman agreement in a lot of beaches, where locals are looking to play mainly 3 touches ball. It's very interesting how each local players have different inside rules about it, so this one is one good example, in some places is just good attacking in second if your partner is down and won't be able to do a 3 ball attack. Again all this conversation is just about recreational volleyball and local players inside rules

That's funny. Sounds like the mentality of low-skill players. If I hit or put the ball over on two and the opponents got upset with me for it, I'd laugh my ass off at them.

Interesting. I play with B-AA players and sometimes in the same night in ladder leagues. I get frustrated with the over on 1 or 2 when it's constant and in the form of a tomahawk or pass. I can pick them up, but I like to play vball not ping-pong. I don't mind the move itself when it's strategic and/or well executed or even just desperate. The other time I hate it is when your team is down a player 3 vs 2, 4 vs 2 or 3 etc and the setter passes it to a corner rather than feed it to a hitter. Again, just unnecessarily exhausting and not fun. I have more fun reading hits than just running around chasing free balls.

@@Bendesho Nobody is going to complain about exploiting when a defense is out of position, but excessive one/two balling is just lazy. It's not hard to defend, but it isn't fun either.

@@cappehnkrunch If someone is excessively SCORING with one/two-overs, it's probably because the defense is always out of position, and there's an important lesson they need to learn.

@@Bendesho I said that it's lazy and boring, I didn't say that it's effective.
