We are proud to present the latest from our Flight Test team as their dedicated campaign to put the VoloCity through its paces is in full swing! This is a major step on our journey toward achieving aircraft certification and we are thrilled to be sharing it with all of you! This short clip is the culmination of all the hard work that we’re doing to get the VoloCity urban air taxi off the ground as we gear up for our commercial launch.
Our ultimate goal? We want to be flying our VoloCity urban air taxi in summer 2024 in Paris. And we hope you’ll be there too, cheering us on from the sidelines - or perhaps even from inside one of our VoloCity aircraft!

As a aircraft enthusiast, i must say that Volocopter has potential to be Mahoosive; as a former member of the British Air Training Corps, our squadron based in Great Britain would have loved to see this back in the 1980’s.

I'm searching "Volocopter noise level" but all I can find are videos with heavy music tracks in them. Any special reason for why you don't seem to want people to hear how loud it is?

This is my concern too. It's gonna be loud. I also don't see how it could ever be used as mass transit, just the wealthy, who barely need it. So the public approval and regulatory hurdles are going to be more expensive and uphill than the money they stand to make.

Just tried it in MSFS 2020 😂. It's a pain to fly long distances and takes forever to ascend and descend, but it super for low height city flights.

Literally every VTOL video from every company hides the insane amount of noise with music and narration. Clearly it's loud AF, which means it's not a realistic mass-market solution. Nice try Volo, but eventually you're gonna have to admit the sound issue exists.
