Volvo D13 water pump replacement

To remove the water pump on volvo d13 you should first: drain the coolant
after apply the correct tool the tensioner calls for to loosen the tension and remove the belt...
(if you want you can remove the coolant filter to have more space , will be more comfortable to loosen the belt tensioner and remove 3 bolts that hold the tenssioner, after you will remove the belt tenssioner completly you should remove 6 bolts arount the water pump, after you can use a pry bar to force a little the water pump and it will came out...

I use FEBI BILSTEIN 30451. It's made in Germany and costs around $100-150. Volvo brand water pumps are crazy expensive. Las Vegas TEC quoted around $600 with the core return. FEBI lasted for around 500K miles before leaking from the side hole.

Eu nu de mult la așa motor am schimbat краник lîngă Cooland filter,apu nu ieșea de loc cel vechi (am încălzit),l-am scos repede cu ajutorul fort-liftului,tros și цепная либедка, adică trosul l-am îmbrăcat pe cranic apoi de libeodca și libeodca de fort lift,cam periculos dar altfel nu voia.
