pressure reduction valve p# 21243502 verify with dealer but can use Bendix k028994
air dryer shown in video is p951413 , but please contact dealer with your VIN to get correct part for your truck i have had good experience with Donaldson filters, and they are half the cost especially if you have a fleet account.

Hey I got an issue with my truck. It’s a 2016 Volvo. The coolant temperature comes up very slow idles forever before it warms up. I’ve changed the thermostat I’ve changed the coolant temperature sensor. There is a slight improvement but not like it use to be. What can you advise?

Hi. Could you advice please. I had emergency during trip my purge valve on air dryer started air leak on Volvo D13. So dealer didn't have spare air dryer but they did bypass for air dryer. After few days check engine code came up SA 0 SPN 5298 FMI 18. Now I replaced an air dryer for new one do you know what else need to be done in order to fix check engine light error? I actually could not find the actual AHI part from your video but there is another blue part number 20914174 on its place I wonder if it serves the same purpose?

Thanks for your time making the videos. If i replace this AHI valve along with 7th injector at 300k miles as a preventive maintenance no codes or anything , do i need to have the computer reset or can i just use the killswitch to kill the power and turn it back on after work is performed? The truck is a 2018. Thanks

If there was no codes you don't need to rest with computer but its better and with 7th injector it will reset automatically when doing a regen.

Ive been getting some fuel related codes and i have narrowed it down to one last code but cant seem to find much info about it online, if you could give some of your insight, it would be highly appreciated. So the code that i have is “SA16 DTC P009B13 - Fuel pressure relief control / Open circuit” is this like a module or something that controls when to relief pressure? Is it somewhere around the fuel rail under the head cover? Its giving me a derate. Ive changed fuel filter and it still comes up. I clear the code but it comes back after a little while. Thanks again Also its a 2018 D13 with the changed fuel system.

If it’s the new engine with the new style fuel system. You need to replace the fuel pressure regulator and harness going to it under the valve cover. It’s been a common problem on these new engines. Not sure for the front harness but for the rear there is an updated harness and pressure sensor for the rear

Air regulator could be the cause but debree inside the module could do the same.

Not that I know of yet. But they take a core so there is something out there
