Szia. Persze, ez a 185 lovas euro 4-es motor. Euro 4 miatt belekerult par olyan dolog ami eleg “jo” hibaforras, gondolok itt muanyag orvenyszelepek (swirl), dpf, elektromos fojtoszelep + egr, de minden orvosolhato. Igy utolag en a 163 lovas euro3-as motort jobbnak tartom, de amugy rendben van ez a konstrukcio is, ha odafigyel az ember.

gen2 185bhp revs higher (around 400rpms or so) also got better power band higher up the revs.

@@joestiffcock2480 never drove euro 4. Ive seen clips on YT of them reving in gear after 4500. Euro3 has a soft limiter @4500, in neutral it goes to 5000 but.

mine is 2003 d5 theres no problem going to 200 they should go 215-220 stock

210 was the limit on mine 2004, now it has hardcut limiter on 4000rpm so it would probably go only 180😃 its 5 speed manual but the 5th gear is too short I would say so

Kamil Cygański i am glad to hear that thanks :)at next remap the boost pressure target is 2.2 bar. I think the flywheel will be ok, but the cylinderhead is quaestionable.. :) but the the next step is the flywheel.

Kamil Cygański yes stock is ~1.45-1.5 bar, currently it runs with 2.0 bar and the torque is 580 nm. This result is with the old turbo, smaller cooler and origi air filter. I think it will be over 600 Nm with 2.2 bar. If I have dyno result I will post it.

kibirator Nope. We measured, test and remap a lot. It could be stronger but with smoke.... there is no black smoke with this condition. I experienced a little black smoke at high rpm shifting before the injector repair and the replacement of the turbo intake pipe. After these changes black smoke effect disappiered.
