Did you check the wiring cables that go from battery over battery box. My volovo was grounding out. Used to cut off going down highway. It would shut off, and I would turn the truck key off and back on, and that was it.

Yep, I had that problem before too 😂 it would stop accelerating and throw all kinds of codes. I did a video on that a while back.

hey chase have you ever cleaned the top end out? like take off the intake and clean it? i have a 06 isx and ive heard that the top end gets caked up up from the egr. My new tech guy recommended to clean it once a year or so. if anything you can just pop off the intake tube and inspect it. I don't know the process, but I don't think it's simple as just shoving a shop vac in there you know

on my old Volvo there are releys for the starter that go bad, always have spares for them lol.

Never had the intake off this truck but did my last and it wasn't really all that bad gunked up, probably not a bad idea if done frequently. However on one that is extremely gunked up might make it worse if you accidentally knocked some of it down in there while trying to clean it.

@@LifeWithChase Pretty sure it ain't gonna run better with a chunk stuck in the intake valve. If anything, you could keep the elbow that connects directly to the block on and just take that middle section with the egr tube inside off.
